Oh, the joy of an employee handbook! We've yet to meet a person who actually reads these things, and there presents our challenge.
It was time for Morgans Hotel Group to create new employee handbooks, so the first thing we did was ditch the old black binder. We asked the talented Peter Arkle to illustrate the Do's and Don'ts, providing a much more visual and fun approach, then printed in florescent ink and housed it all in an easy to navigate pocket-sized book. The result is something fun that the employees actually read and wanted to keep.
